Why we wont have a world cup in Christmas

I am really enjoying the whole discussion about the world cup in Dubai. Since FIFA gave the honour to organize the 2018 tournament there were many people claiming that they don’t have the abilities to hold the event…and generally it was a decision that it wasn’t really welcomed with joy… Since then, the first thing that is being circulated in the press is that the tournament may be organized during the winter…

World Cup 2018: So, why England lost the bid?

It’s nice talking about the World Cup…and in the previous days it was quite a trend to talk about the voting that led FIFA to give the world cup to Russia and Qatar for 2018 and 2022 respectively. Well, I am living permanently for the last 6 years in London UK and the general feeling that you were getting on news are that England was robbed as they had the best proposal file technically …but is that the case?

Liverpool: Who wants that club?

The most difficult thing I guess right now for Liverpool is to asses which one of the potential buyers that appear is saying the truth or not. What everyone knows by now is that the club is in a crucial path as the time is running out and the RBS bank is ready to put the historic football club into administration ..which will mean .. Deduction of 9 points and fight for avoiding relegation…hard stuff.
